Great Remodel

An impressive remodel in this home in the central area and it was done by a friend of ours. She is such a talented woman and I am full of admiration. She doesn't shy away from the most demanding and complicated job - her motto is "I can do it". What an inspiration!

New Construction at its Best!

Just beautiful and finished with attention to the smallest detail. The last custom home of a samll four home gated development, is offered under builder's cost.
This economic crisis really has affected all areas in our lives. There is so much talk about foreclosures, short sales etc., but this crisis has spread much further than it appears at a first glimpse. It has hurt builders, contractors, suppliers, workmen, it has penetrated to the deepest layer. When will it end? There are some signs but it will need a stronger confidence builder to balance this fragile ship - it is floating, but not very steadily, it is not sinking, but has to gather steam and energy to fight the waters and to strongly sail to its destination. We will get there, "hang on" is the best advice I can think of. I can see the light, just a little more patience and we'll be sailing smoothly again!
